One of the most advanced divisions of the company is manufacture. The modern equipment on processing and welding of products from the stainless and galvanized steel, aluminum and "black" metal is allocated on the area of more than 1000 m2 which allows to perform most technically complex works.

• Polishing, cutting, welding, drilling and bending of non rusting profiles. Unique technologies allow to achieve at welding ideally equal surface of angular connections.
• Processing of galvanized outside and inside steel profile with the subsequent applying layers of paint as protective (and at the same time decorative) surface at own enterprise (coloring in any colors on RAL classification is possible).
• Manufacturing of every possible product from stainless steel: canopies, handrails, windows, doors, any non-standard products.

A valuable acquisition for our company is the assembly table that allows to carry out welding of structures with minimum error. As a result of such innovation a manufacturing of doors from steel and non rusting hollow profiles in the sizes 1500х3500mm without imposts, as well as arch’s and other two- or three-dimensional forms products has became possible.

On special building berths each translucent design passes the control assembly prior to shipment to the site. That achieves a hundred percent quality which our company is famous for.

Technical experts of manufacture annually pass training at the enterprises of Austria and Germany.

In a warehouse there is a constant supply of a stainless steel profile that is needed to start works and for the realization of small projects.
